“Last year in November, I requested [Ticket: 1239217] the ‘Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design’ (CPTED) reports for:
– MacFarlane Park, Shirley
– Shirley Community Reserve, Richmond
I received the ‘MacFarlane Park, Shirley’ report & the following reply:
“The report for Shirley Community Reserve is yet to be completed…
The Shirley Community Reserve CPTED report is unlikely to be completed for another (approx.) 3-6 months.”
Can you please send me the following:

Release of information
As part of the Landscape Development Plan planned for Shirley Community Reserve, technical experts ( Landscape designers and parks staff) who have training and an understanding of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles will consider this through the design process.
As we do not have a CPTED report for Shirley Community Reserve, we are declining that part of your request under the following section of the LGOIMA: 17(e) that the document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
